Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business
day.
For customized mini perfumes, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for
personalization before the order ships.
Once an order begins processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to weather,
carrier delays, high-volume periods, or events beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50
(after discounts, before taxes).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking
number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For U.S. domestic orders, taxes are calculated at checkout.
If in the future we ship internationally, customers will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or
customs fees required by their country.
Delays, Missing & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
Weather events or operational disruptions
Lost or stolen packages after delivery
If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us at
support@miniperfumeusa.com, and we will assist with filing a carrier claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a replacement, email us with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A photo of the outer packaging (if applicable)
Approved claims will receive a replacement item at no additional cost.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for:
Unopened items
Scent preferences
Non-customized products
Customized products
Buyer’s remorse
Only damaged or incorrect items reported within the 48-hour window are eligible for
replacement.
