We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including (but not limited to):

Customized or personalized products

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, especially for any custom text or personalization.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly help with a replacement, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

A photo of the outer packaging (if applicable)

Once we review your request and it is approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Please note:
We do not offer refunds for damaged or incorrect items — only replacements.
3. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
We are not responsible for:

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, please contact us at support@miniperfumeusa.com, and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations

For customized products, production typically begins shortly after the order is placed, so:

Custom orders cannot be edited, changed, or canceled once submitted.
